Return of DOPA

Seems the demise of DOPA (Deleting online predators act) is in misinformed. Having discussed this previously (here and here, seems though that a new (but oh so similar act) is being brought forward called the Social Networking Web Site Prohibition Act by Illinois state senator, Matt Murphy.
