A day out doing Flash

Today I went for a Flash course in Finsbury Park. Its only two saturdays, but very enjoyable. Role on next week.

An interesting course from OU

(Found via here) I saw this Open University course called The evolving information professional: challenges in a digital world. Its £495, so not something I can afford at the moment then, but something I might do in the future (aka when I am no longer a temp).

Emergent web2.0 tools: a seminar with TFPL

I got an email from TFPL which was offering a session will be:

a) Interactive: “Twitter generates mostly trivial chatter.”

In groups: you will form arguments using your own opinions and experiences to support and rebut the above statement in the following contexts:
Personal use.
Work use.

Arguments will then be compared and contrasted to those already gathered in the course of our research.

Its free too. Hopefully I will get to go.
